I thought it was great to get pictures of our vents before they started the work and then the before and after pictures immediately as they finished. He gave suggestions of how to improve air quality in our home. Very professional, excellent and thorough.”

They cleaned my chimney and my dryer vent today and even gave me tips on other improvements I could do on my own (so it's not like they were trying to get me for more money but they were really looking out for me). “I thought we needed a simple dryer duct cleaning because my dryer was erroring out with a code saying there was a clog somewhere and stopped working. Our laundry room is on the second floor and the duct exhausts out of the roof. Turned out, the duct was water logged, did not meet current building codes and needed to be torn down and rebuilt. Bryan and team kept us updated on what was happening in our attic (and on the roof, in the midst of Winter), figured out what was wrong, and how to fix it. I also appreciated Bryan’s status updates, letting me know when he’d be over, always answered my calls and was professional through the whole process. I’ve already recommended Bclean to a friend of mine, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.”

“I had the pleasure of Bclean Air Maintenance out to do a full air duct cleaning yesterday. When I say I waited entirely too long is an understatement. The amount of everything that was removed from the air duct system was insane. B & S found that majority of my vents had some rust and one had completely rusted through. They were absolutely amazing and professional to work with and have in my home to clean my vents. I have severe allergies and have noticed such a difference in less than 24 hours. He was amazing! answered all my questions, as well as my husband. They came to clean my ducts throughout my home, was very professional, his staff were great as well and very respectful. “Birds decided to move into our bathroom exhaust vent. They unfortunately brought bird mites with them. The situation was extreme. In a short time our house became unhealthy to live in and inhospitable for my wife, 2 year old daughter, 2 cats and dog. I called Terminix, Orkin, animal control, and another small local businesses. All of them told me good luck and I’m on my own. None of them gave me any time of day to even fully understand the situation we were in.
