Four years. Same client. Same trust. That's what we're celebrating with our neighbors at the Sheraton near Detroit Metro Airport. Long-term commercial partnerships don't happen by accident - they're built on showing up, doing the work right, and proving year after year that you're the team a property can count on.
Commercial ductwork in a hotel-scale building is a completely different animal than what most people picture when they think about duct cleaning. We're talking large trunk lines, heavy buildup, and ductwork that circulates air through hundreds of rooms and common spaces. When that system isn't clean, guests feel it - stuffy rooms, inconsistent airflow, and air quality that just doesn't feel right. That's not something a property like the Sheraton can afford.
Here's what the inside of those ducts looks like before we get to work - heavy particulate accumulation coating the walls, debris settled along the floor of the duct, and buildup at every seam and joint. This is what years of filtered but uncleaned air leaves behind. Our truck-mounted vacuum system pulls it all out. The large collection bags on the back of the rig tell the story - what comes out of these systems is significant.
The job takes a real crew and real equipment. Headlamps, protective gear, multiple hoses running from the truck into the building - it's not a quick in-and-out. Every section of ductwork gets attention. That's what a full duct cleaning actually looks like at the commercial level, and it's why properties keep coming back to us instead of chasing the cheapest bid they can find.
We're proud to be the team the Sheraton near DTW calls every year. If you see the bee, you know it's clean - and we plan on keeping it that way for years to come.
